Access to employment
The contracts of IRPET’s staff fall under the regulation of the national collective labour contract in public administration relevant to Regions and other local governments. The Institute’s personnel belongs to the following professional areas: research, technical and organizational, and administrative. Hiring on permanent contracts is made through public selections based on qualifications and/or exams; the same procedure applies for the constitution of a list of candidates for short-term employment.
The modalities and criteria of the selection procedure are established by a special regulation. The announcements of selection are published in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region (Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Toscana – BURT), as well as in IRPET register and website.
