The work describes the current cyclical phase of the Tuscan public procurement market, proposing – alongside the analysis of the dynamics of volumes of public works contracts, services and supplies – also an analysis of the articulation of the public works market: distribution contracts for the selection procedure of the contractor, award criteria, amount class and type of contracting authority.
