AN ATLAS OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
An Atlas of professional skill requirements
In view of the invitations to tender for training initiatives that will be held by the Tuscany Region in the next programming period, IRPET, in collaboration with the Foundation for Research and Innovation promoted by the University of Florence, has set up a series of focus groups to survey the skill and qualification needs of the region’s production system.
The focus groups will complete the research project using as information source the administrative data from the Compulsory Notification system, and the sample data derived from a survey focusing on the dynamic enterprises of Tuscany.
The working group, coordinated by Nicola Sciclone – head of the IRPET research unit on Education, Training and Welfare – is composed of the IRPET members Natalia Faraoni, Elena Cappellini and Valentina Patacchini, and of Francesca Brenzini and Franca Fauci from the Foundation for Research and Innovation promoted by the University of Florence, who provide technical and organizational support.
