On October 30, there will be the Webinar “The Characteristics and Satisfaction of Users of Tuscan CPIs”. In 2017 IRPET was commissioned by Regione Toscana to conduct a survey on the users of job centers, labor supply side, working in the Tuscan territory in order to analyze:
• The characteristics of users
• The degree of satisfaction for the services received
• Employment successes after turning to the CPI.
