The Code defines and regulates the criteria, requirements and competitive mechanisms that must be followed to engage contract workers, on an \u201coccasional\u201d or \u201ccoordinated and continuous\u201d basis.\r\n\r\nIt is understood that the provisions contained in the IRPET Disciplinary Code shall be modified by any statutory rule adopted subsequently by the State or the Region in this field.
