It is directed by the Administrative Manager and is in charge of administration, budgeting and accounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service provides the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial planning and reporting, management control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assets and inventory management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfilment of the accounting, fiscal and tax procedures and obligations, guaranteeing regular and timely receipts and payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring the accounting regularity of the measures taken by the Director and heads of research units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation and support activities for the Board of Auditors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economic and financial management, and reporting for research projects financed through structural and investment funds or national earmarked funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personnel management: implementation of employment contracts, wage payments, withholding tax payments, payment orders, completion and transmission of the annual personnel report, institutional-level relationships about personnel matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pension and social security management, updating of personnel service records for pension and social security purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procurement of works, supplies and services required for the functioning of the institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and installation maintenance, management of work safety and risk prevention procedures, health surveillance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfilment of documentation and administrative requirements: inventory of acts and contracts, administrative checks, personnel and contract monitoring, compliance with the Department for Public Administration\u2019s PERLA PA system, updating of data related to \u201cTransparent Administration\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating of personnel in the areas of administration and accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The administrative manager also carries out the duty of Minutes Secretary for the Steering and Monitoring Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following personnel are assigned to the Administrative and Financial Services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carlo Pagliazzi<\/strong> <br>Administrative manager<br>Tel: 055 4591253 <a href=\"carlo.pagliazzi@irpet.it\">carlo.pagliazzi@irpet.it <\/a><br><strong>Irene Chiari<\/strong> <br>Administrative clerk<br>Tel: 055 4591265 <a href=\"mailto:irene.chiari@irpet.it\">irene.chiari@irpet.it<\/a> <br><strong>Francesca Mott<\/strong> <br>Administrative officer with accounting background<br>Tel: 055 4591267 <a href=\"mailto:francesca.mott@irpet.it\">francesca.mott@irpet.it<\/a> <br><strong>Eleonora Pagliai<\/strong> <br>Technical\u2013professional employee<br>Tel: 055 4591264 <a href=\"mailto:eleonora.pagliai@irpet.it\">eleonora.pagliai@irpet.it<\/a> <br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Administrative and Financial Services is an autonomous organisational unit within IRPET.
