The global economy is marked by a climate of uncertainty and weakness, with downside risks linked to international tensions and protectionist trade policies. This is the context for the government&#8217;s budget manoeuvre, which aims to reduce the tax burden on families and support the birth rate, but which leaves open uncertainties, especially on healthcare funding.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Editors of the Report: L.
