This report was edited by Chiara Agnoletti (IRPET), within the Local Development, Culture, and Tourism research area, coordinated by Sabrina Iommi. The statistical analyses were handled by Donatella Marinari.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of territorial strategies for urban areas, funded by both the ERDF and ESF+ 2021-2027 funds, also in relation to the objectives pursued at the European level in combating climate change and in terms of environmental sustainability. These assessments are accompanied by an analysis of the energy performance of buildings, a factor that plays a central role in achieving the climate objectives established in the European Green Deal. With this aim, the reports aim to analyze both the overall regional situation and that of specific territorial typologies (urban areas, internal areas) using empirical data from the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) archive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research by C.
