This is to inform that IRPET, with Director’s Decision No. 16 of 9 April 2015, adopted a new “Disciplinary Code for self-employed assignments”, with immediate entry into force. The Code defines and regulates the criteria, requirements and competitive mechanisms that must be followed to engage contract workers, on an “occasional” or “coordinated and continuous” basis.
It is understood that the provisions contained in the IRPET Disciplinary Code shall be modified by any statutory rule adopted subsequently by the State or the Region in this field. In such cases, pending the formal amendment of the Code, the current rules and regulations will be applied.
