Policies for public investment, rules and impacts
Over the last decade, territorial administrations have been involved in many changes: on the one hand they have suffered heavy cuts in resources, on the other hand they had to adapt to a complex reform framework and, in some respects, unclear and coherent. The Report on Territorial Finance provides a careful reading of the ongoing transformations every year. The economic sector analyzes and interprets the evolution of territorial finance by framing it in a longer-term perspective.
The monographic part deals with the theme that dominates the policies of these years, the relaunch of investments in the light of the framework of public accounts control. The presentation of this Report will be based on Policy Analysis to support the recovery of investment, which has characterized public intervention over the last few years, analyzing its spatial implications and looking at the possible limits to their full effectiveness.
