The administrative acts of IRPET are issued by the competent persons and bodies (Administrative Council, Director, managers) in accordance with the contents of IRPET’s statutory law and organisational regulations. The L.R. (regional law) no. 23 of 23.04.2007, the regulations for access to minutes, data and information and the policy regarding the data base of administrative proceedings govern the cases and the manner in which acts and proceedings are published. In particular those acts that do not require publication and that are exempt from publication are identified under the terms of clause 3, para. 2 and clause 6 of the regulations and under clauses 5 and 6 of the policy.
