The export trend has slowed down in Tuscany during the first half of 2016. Even though the aggregate figure is still growing as compared to the previous year, once excluding the contribution of gold and oil products, this result is nullified. A particularly negative impact derives from the bad performances of the Arezzo leather and jewellery sectors, as well as those of the shipping and car parts industries. On the other hand, the clothing, mechanical and agrofood industries record an increase.
