On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, the AC Hotel in Florence will host the Next Generation Leaders – The Future is Young workshop, an initiative born from the collaboration between Rotary and the Cesare Alfieri Alumni Association, which has always been committed to building bridges between education, the world of work, and new generations.
The meeting aims to reflect, through different and authoritative voices, on the challenges young people face today in accessing and taking their first steps in their professional careers. In a competitive market, undergoing rapid technological change and often difficult to decipher, it is essential to question the role of universities, the potential of outplacement, and the adaptation of companies to changes in the world of work.
An open discussion between academia, business, and institutions, with the participation of professionals, established entrepreneurs, young managers, and researchers.
