Presentation of the e-book “The challenge of reindustrialization. From Tuscany to Italy and Europe”

Starting from the “Manifesto sulla reindustrializzazione della Toscana” the discussion will focus on the challenges of reindustrialization and the tasks of various institutional levels.

The new international context and the unsustainability of the European business model require a relaunch of industrial policy, coordinated at regional, national, and European levels. The Manifesto sulla reindustrializzazione della Toscana attempts to stimulate discussion on these issues, starting from the bottom up and extending to other regional contexts. The seminar aims to begin filling with content what we have defined as an ESSE model, i.e., a model of development that must simultaneously take into account Efficiency, Sustainability, Security, and Equity: four dimensions that are unavoidable today.
