Sustainability, certified and organic production. From production to consumption: issues, perspectives, and challenges.

The cross-border meeting entitled “Sustainability, certified and organic production. From production to consumption: issues, perspectives, challenges” will take place in Florence on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. at the Starhotel Tuscany (Via di Novoli 59).

The meeting is organized as part of the INN-Pratica project. Cross-border community of practice for innovation in agriculture and the ecological and digital transition (Interreg Maritime-IT FR-Maritime program).

Sara Turchetti, representing IRPET, will be speaking on “Organic Production in Tuscany: Current Overview and Outlook.”
