A meeting in the Tuscany Region on the topics of precision agriculture and monitoring of large carnivores (wolves) with a delegation of administrators from the Dutch provinces.

In particular, the delegation of approximately 20 administrators from the Dutch provinces, which will be visiting Italy from 11 to 13 March, will be hosted on the morning of 12 March from 10 am to approximately 12 pm for the technical meeting on the topics of precision agriculture and monitoring of large carnivores (wolves) in the Tuscany Region, at the Exhibition Hall of Palazzo Strozzi Sacrati in Piazza Duomo, 10 (FI).

Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Tuscany Region, Bernad Dika, will bring institutional greetings to the Dutch delegation during the meeting.

The delegation’s visit is a collaboration within the ERIAFF (European Regions for Innovation in Agriculture, Food and Forestry) network, coordinated by the Tuscany Region, which is organizing the next annual conference in Amsterdam from 11 to 13 May.

Marco Mariani, head of the “Production Systems and Businesses” research area for IRPET, will be speaking on “Precision Agriculture in Tuscany. Evidence from the Evaluation of Regional Measures.”
