Edited by A. Scerbo (Università La Sapienza) coordinated by P. Lattarulo

Short note

The study is part of the joint IRPET-Tuscany Region activities for 2024, commissioned by the ESF Management Authority (Activity No. 2.A/2024). The research was conducted by Alessandra Scerbo (La Sapienza University of Rome) with the coordination of Patrizia Lattarulo, head of the Public Economics Research Area at IRPET. Editing by Elena Zangheri (IRPET).

This note describes the phenomenon and proposes an initial exploration of original databases.
