Unified evaluation plan for the ERDF and ESF+ programmes 2021-2027

The research, part of IRPET’s joint activities with the Tuscany Region, is co-financed by the ERDF and ESF+ Managing Authorities. It was conducted by IRIS SRL for both the Productive Sectors and Businesses research area of ​​IRPET, responsible for the ERDF component, and the Public Economy research area of ​​IRPET, responsible for the ESF+ component. Article 44, paragraph 5, of the Common Provisions Regulation (CPR) 2021/1060 requires Managing Authorities (MAs) to prepare an evaluation plan to be submitted to the Monitoring Committee within one year of the program’s adoption. Article 40, paragraph 2, also requires the evaluation plan and any updates to be approved by the Monitoring Committee.
In implementation of the regulatory provisions, which provide for the possibility of developing a single plan for more than one program, this document constitutes the single evaluation plan for the ESF+ and ERDF regional programs for 2021-2027.
The ESF+ 2021-2027 PR for the Tuscany Region was approved by European Commission Decision C(2022) no. 6089 of 19/08/2022, with a financial allocation of €1,083.6 million. (…)
