Rapporto sulla Finanza territoriale 2025 – XXI edizione

The Annual Report on Local Finance, now in its 21st edition, is a well-established event in the Italian public debate on local government finance. Jointly edited by IRES Piemonte, IRPET, SRM, PoliS-Lombardia, Ipres Puglia, Liguria Ricerche, and Agenzia Umbria Ricerche, the Report stands out for its interregional character and for being the result of collaboration between regional institutes with in-depth knowledge of the territories, combining analytical rigor and attention to the concrete challenges facing local authorities today.
The report was presented on December 18, 2025, at the Sala Zuccari in Palazzo Giustiniani, Rome, in an institutional setting that underscored its national significance.
